For orders below this amount, a flat nationwide shipping fee of Php 70.00 applies, ensuring a simple and transparent delivery experience wherever you are in the Philippines. Please note that shipping rates are subject to change without prior notice, depending on logistics and courier adjustments.

Estimating Shipping and Delivery: All orders undergo a processing period of 2–3 days from the time your order is placed. Kindly note that packing may take 2–3 days before shipment. Once shipped out, the estimated delivery time is as follows:

◾ Provincial Luzon – 3–5 days
◾ Visayas and Mindanao – 5–7 days

Returns Policy

Eligibility for Returns: You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll cover the return shipping costs if the return is due to our error (e.g., if you received an incorrect or defective item).

Refund Processing: You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of handing your package over to the return shipper. This period includes the time it takes for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes for your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

How to Initiate a Return: To return an item, simply log in to your account, navigate to the order under the "Complete Orders" link in the "My Account" menu, and click the "Return Item(s)" button. We will notify you via email of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.
