At Paw Buddies, our journey began with a simple but powerful purpose — to create a cleaner, safer, and healthier home for both pets and families.

Paw Buddies was founded by a husband and wife who are passionate fur parents to both cats and dogs. Like many pet owners, they treat their pets as true members of their family. But with this love also came everyday challenges — strong pet odor, germs, and the constant need to keep their home clean while making sure their pets remain safe.

Their mission became even more personal after they experienced the heartbreaking loss of some of their beloved pets due to the Parvo virus. Despite doing their best to protect their pets, including having them vaccinated, they realized that vaccination alone is not always enough. Pets can still be exposed to the virus through contaminated environments, surfaces, and even through contact outside the home. This painful experience opened their eyes to how dangerous viruses and bacteria can be inside the home and how important everyday cleaning and prevention truly are.

At that time, bleach was the most recommended solution for disinfecting. However, using bleach daily was not ideal. It contains harsh chemicals that can irritate the skin, affect the respiratory system, and cause stress and discomfort to pets, especially with long-term exposure. As parents of one child, they also became more mindful of the safety of their home environment. They wanted a cleaning solution that would be effective, yet safe for both their pets and their child.

Because of this, they began searching for a better and safer alternative — something that could effectively clean, disinfect, and remove pet odor without putting their pets and family at risk. When they couldn’t find one that met their standards, they decided to create their own.

In November 2023, Pet Buddies was officially born. Their very first product, Parvo Protect, was carefully developed to help fur parents maintain a clean and fresh home while ensuring the safety of their pets. It was designed for everyday use — effective against germs, bacteria, and odor, yet gentle, non-toxic, and safe around both cats and dogs.

As more fur parents discovered the brand and trusted the product, Pet Buddies quickly grew into a community of pet lovers who share the same goal: to protect their pets while providing a healthier home environment.

Because of the growing demand, the brand expanded its product line to include Odor Protect, Waterless Shampoo, and Cuddle Cologne, all created with the same commitment to safety, effectiveness, and love for pets.

In March 2026, the brand entered a new chapter and was rebranded as Paw Buddies, a name that better reflects its mission — to become a trusted companion of every fur parent and every pet. This transformation represents growth, innovation, and a deeper commitment to the community they serve.

Today, Paw Buddies continues to empower fur parents by providing safe, effective, and easy-to-use cleaning and hygiene solutions. Every product is thoughtfully made to support a cleaner home, healthier pets, and happier families.
